Here is the advice from John Duncan on how to post pictures:
2) Picture uploads should work, too!
- To upload a picture, you'll first need to have it stored on a site such as Flickr or Picasa.
Copy the URL of the picture, then click the little 'tree' symbol on the menu bar of the Forum posting window, paste in the URL, and click the 'insert' button.
Pictures should be no wider than 400px – there’s an option to set this in that box.

First thing you have to do is create an account with PhotoBucket

In PhotoBucket you create an account in just two steps:

When you have created your account the email you entered is your username, so use your email + password and if you're working on your own computer you can choose 'remember me', so you won't have to login again and again😉

When you're logged in you have an option to choose which files (images you want to upload).
A little window pops up to give you hints on what to do:

You can add as many as you like - it will just take a bit longer till they're uploaded then.

Clicking on ok gives an option to browse to the file on your computer.

Select your file, click ok and then you'll see it upload:

When uploaded you're guided to a page with options to add remarks etc.
Click 'return to album' at the bottom and you're guided back to thumbnails of your images.

At the bottom of the thumbnail there are several options.
You will see a blue link at the bottom of those again called 'Link options'.
When you click on the second one down ( direct link ) right click and copy the blue text to the right .....
Then on the forum when you reply to a post .............

Click on the green tree and when the box appears paste your direct link code:
( Image URL )

Re set the size to 400 x 400

Then click on preview and you will see your photo

I,d like to upload my pictures as well but it sounds so hard to do. Think i,ll try later..
