Hi welcome to the forum
I think you press and hold the SRC button for a couple of seconds to turn on, the same to turn it off.

Maybe the 12v connection at the rear of the radio has come loose and making bad contact?

Yep, this is how ours works. “SRC” is shorthand for “source” and is also used to switch between FM, CD, AUX etc.
