Pooches and Palaces?

Hi to all!

We are off to France for 6 weeks next spring.I would very much like to visit the Palace of Versailles and the question I am sure someone will have the answer to is:- can we take our 2 tiny Pomeranians in the grounds for a walk?I understand that they will have to spend some time in the Jeep to allow us to see inside the chateau but we do like to walk them at regular intervals. We specifically tour during the cooler times of the year to avoid the poms getting too hot or stressed and they are quite happy to rest in the car.I have "googled" for info but nothing found.

I would be very surprised if you cannot take them for walkies in the grounds. The French are even more OTT when it comes to taking their dogs everywhere than we are!!
