After having a flat battery on my Motorcycle, the other day, I stupidly took it out for a run to charge the battery, stalled it at traffic lights, and as it doesn't have a kick starter, and there is no way I can bump start it nowadays. Had to call Mrs H out to jump start the bike from the car.
I know the battery is fine, I just left the ignition and lights on, none LED. So I am looking at buying a Portable jump starter to carry on the bike and possibly in the car when away in the caravan, has anyone ever used one.
Something like this. Jump starter

My son has a NOCO smart charger and a NOCO jump pack. Not certain if it’s identical to the one shown but his started a very reluctant Freelander diesel when he’ d not used it during a cold spell. Some of the ones on the market seem hardly bigger than a packet if cigarettes yet are claimed to start 2.0 diesels.

It could launch your bike into orbit!

Just talked to a mate, I do have some, and he bought a very cheap one, Golden Cockeral " product of more than 5 countries, £35 and says it works very well , I think I will go for the Noco model.

Halfords
Well I decided to buy the Halfords one, and with my Halfords Trade card, saved 20% on the price. So happy bunny. Very small and very light.
Thanks to everyone that commented.
