I use Microsoft power bank which has two outlets with USB so I can parallel charge the Apple and non-Apple devices together. It connects from the 240v via a microUSB plug so again that 240v lead can be used to charge non Apple devices too. It has charge through capability which is useful. I note that the review even included a car jump start pack that has USB outlets and one of them is on my Xmas list as after seeing our neighbour start his 2.2 litre diesel with a similar device , it is a potentially useful piece of emergency kit for the car.
