power touch motor mover

hi every1 my motor mover does'nt work,ive just brought a new van,well 2003 model,and it was fitted with a power touch motor mover,i have a remote and the lights works when the batterys are in it,when i turn the motor mover on theres lights coming from the control unit but it still does'nt work

Have you tried connecting to the control unit with the emergency cable?

Do the rollers move at all? and it may seem silly but have a look to make sure no wires have come off the motors,

There is a master switch for the mover. If it has been left on by mistake, then it trips itself for a while, before re-setting.

If the unit ir less than 5 yrs old Powertouch will fix it for you on site or home. They are a great company!!
