Just wanted to say on this forum, that last week while on holiday in the van my rollers on my powerwheel broke I phoned the company who without hesitation sent me two new rollers, As these were modified from the originals the technical department helped me over the phone change them> The one Iremoved had its bearing stuck on the facing plate and made it impossible for the new one to fit, It was only when I removed the other side that I could see the what was wrong, however powerwheel were only to happy to talk me through the job, So a big thank you to all at Powerwheel, where 5 year guarantee means 5 years
 
I'm glad to read this posting as it gives me the opportunity to relate my recent experience with Powrtouch

While manoevering the caravan in heavy rain the remote control got some in the works!!

Powrtouch had a replacement with me within 2 days under warranty

So glad we chose a Powertouch mover!!! Hope we don't need the warranty but great to know that it's there in case of need.
