I had a query about my mover, so sent an email, In no time at all I had a phone call from their technical dept and my query was sorted.
I must give them top marks for customer care, a company to be highly recommended.

Powrtouch arranged for an engineer to come out and fix a small problem with ours while we were away on a CL in Norfolk. Excellent service. Well done, Powrtouch.
 
My friend is one of the service engineers for powerwheel and he says he would not work for any other mover as there customer service is second to none, and there warranty really does mean no quibble garantee.

At the dealership I work at, we have supplied powrtouch movers for over 5 years and would recommend no one else, head and shoulders over Truma, Reich etc
