Powrtouch Single Heavy 3 Mover

Hi there,

I would just like to say how pleased we are with the service received from Powrtouch.

We contacted them about 2 weeks ago after reading good reviews on here and seeing them at the Glasgow Caravan Show.

They priced matched for us, after finding a enduro online for £559, they then only charged £100 for fitting.

We ordered our mover last week, and asked about lead time for delivery and fitting we were told about 2 to 3 weeks. At the time I explained we were going away with our caravan from the 1st March, The lady I spoke to while ordering offred either to fit at site or wait til we come home. This was fine.

Anyway Monday this week we had a quiery and spoke to a lady called Tereasa, very helpful! whilst chatting I mentioned we were going away this coming weekend and with only ordering the mover last week we realised that we had ordered to late for fitting prior to going away.

Tereasa asked me to leave this with her.... later on Monday she called me back asking if Wednesday afternoon (today) would suit for fitting.... I was astonished!! I agreed!

Well today the mover was fitted, we have had our trial and cant wait to use it further.

1st Class service so far... and the fitter was very good also offering lots of advice.

So here is to Thanking Tereasa at Powrtouch and Keith the Fitter for their fast and very efficent service.

Thomas, They were possibly giving you a price match? What was being offered in the way of no quibble warrenty, postage, fitting etc by the organisation you were asking them to match?

They are a business which has top notch products and customer services and will honour the warrenty for parts and labour in 5 years time - can you say that about your supplier?.
 
I agree - Powertouch are the best by miles. I had a series 3 heavy dutry from them on my pageant. When I changed to a ranger the dealer would only fit a Truma mover.

Having owned both now I can tell you that the powertouch one is better by miles.

More fool me.
