Am i unlucky or are other people waiting for Autoglym kit.Took out subscription ,debit payment taken in May am still waiting for kit.Rang three times and they are ordering me one,say it will take 28 days ring back in August if its not there.How come it takes so long to sort out?

Hi Dave,

The same thing happened to us last year, after numerous phone calls about it still never recieved it.

Then put a post on here and got a reponse like you from the magazine and then I contacted them and the pack was with me in days.

I must be the lucky one, ive now had 5 of these packs from various magazines and they have all turned up within 2 months of subscribing.

i subscribe to 2 mags a year and each year i change the mag so that i get the free gifts which usually equal enough money to make the subscription allmost free, ive found that two autoglym kits per year are enough to clean and polish both my cars and my van so im more than happy.

ps Nigel make sure you don't stop the offer, if i have to buy polish ever again i will be very upset.

With regards to Icemaker's comment, what incentive is there for your long term and loyal subscribers to continue subscribing each year and missing out on free gifts ?
