Our main holiday is getting closer and I'm trying to find the best way of paying in France. I have been looking at the FairFx pre-paid card which you preload before going. There is a _1.50 euro charge for ATM withdrawals up to £250 but all purchases using the card are free with no foreign transaction fee. Has anyone had one of these cards? Would be interested to find out what everyone does. Looking forward to your replies.
