Preserved Steam Railways

Great shame as we have enjoyed our trips on SVR. However tt over £80 for a family of four that is a lot of money I can understand the reluctance of people to do the trip.

Actually many attractions are probably priced out of the range of many families and pensioners. We gave up on attractions costing more than £10 a head and there are very few below that price.

We went to Lacock House a NT property in 2019 and we both commented that for a family of four it seemed very expensive. Plus there was a parking fee as the car park is just outside the village. Add on the cost of any eats and treats and even then we felt it would be tight for many families..
