Presthope Club Site

I've copy/pasted this from a post I made on another forum 3 years ago ....

Yet another old railway station site.

C.C. standards with EHU but no shower block. A small on site dog walk, adequate for those early morning ablutions but not so if you have a dog who requires plenty of exercise. This site is one of the cheap

Hi, We been to this site and it lovely nice and quiet good view from the front of your van window, But this is a place where you need to use your car to get about,

But there are walking area just opp the caravan club just look for the road drain on the other side and go thro the hole in the hedge and you got all that lovely walking and view to die for both way,

When on site walk down to the dog walk keep going till you come to a gate, turn left and carry on walking till you come to a cross or T road, sorry can't remember, Then turn right there is a Pub/Hotel for a pint, Enjoy it Trevor

Quiet site in a lovely area. Out the gate right is Much Wenlock a lovely market town and near ironbridge and bridgnorth. Turn lrft and you're in Church Stretton again very pretty. Plenty to do but poor public transport.

If you come some hints:

iron bridge musemums- 10 of them- buy a passport which gives access to all sites for a year.

severn valley raliway bridgnorth- if car park full go back to low town follow signs for kidderminster and just past the fox pub turn right into severn stree- car park on right. easy walk back to station

cardingmill valley sue top car pak, though ford as there have been breakins on the lower car park
