problem getting water to taps

after winter drainage, on a coachman laser(just out of warranty).starting to re-fill after drain off, rigged up aquaroll, pump etc. symptoms are that the pump is continually running (there is water in the aquaroll)at this stage but no water at taps, no blockage from aquaroll to tank to drain off valve as water can be seen empting from aqauroll to drain off point.after constant running off pump a small amount of running water can be seen at shower, vanity sink and then kitchen sink. The pump led light is on at all times.help!!

I experienced the same problem last year, it proved to be the pump connection to the caravan.

Press the plunger on the fitting and make sure that the fitting is located correctly to the side of van, plull down the flap to make the fitting secure.

Hope this helps, it worked for me.
