Good found friends. My name is Ciprian, I am from Romania and I am the owner of an Abbey Vogue gts 214 caravan. I have the following problem. On the way, my wheels get quite hot. The problem is with the brake drums, which need to be relaxed. Can you help me with details on this procedure? Thank you

Check the coupling shaft is free to move in the housing. It's a simple check to do.
Try pushing the coupling backwards by hand. It can be a bit stiff but it should move smoothly. When you release the coupling should return on its own. If not check the shaft has been greased or rusty . if it's ok them the damper may need replacing.

Good to find you, friends. With your help, we solved this problem as well. The parking brake cable had to be lubricated and easily repositioned. Now everything is perfect. Thank you again for your help. I'll ask you another question. What is the piece in the picture? I mention that I have another spare one. If this question is off topic, I apologize and will open a new topic. With all due respect, Ciprian

It isolates the 12v system when towing , only supplying power to charge the caravan battery and to operate the fridge on 12v to keep it cool.
