I can not comment on this particular clamp but please see my comment "Wheelclamps - useless" about driving off a wheelclamp without even realising it.

The fact is if someone wants your van they will get it whatever security it has or badly damage it trying.

As far as I am concerned now they are there as a visual deterrent to the casual thief and to keep the insurance company happy, so why spend a fortune?
 
The Purpleline range are bulking and heavy to put on.I had the version that covered the wheelnuts,i took it back for the reasons above,scratched my wheels too.
