Push-Fit Water Connectors

Can someone out there tell me if you can re-use the push fit connectors in the water system. To cut a long story short I want to change the Truma Ultraflow housing due to it being damaged last week during service. Tried using the pump and it won't stay put as the lower part of the housing which holds it in place is broken. Nice of them not to tell me! I wondered if the connectors can be removed from the old and put on the new or if they would have to be replaced as well?
