I normally pull the aqua roll or the kids do , as for the pots and pans , as we are a family off 4 , theres quite a few plates and utensils to wash compared to just 2 people and a lot more room downat the place provided to wash up like a previous post said , we'll use the on site facilities if they are there but like hutch says , when on cl's , we'll wash up in the van no bother cos thats the only way .

Washing up in the van is a British thing - probably because of the weather. No-one in France does this, and we have joined our continental friends in this. You sometimes get to meet/chat with others, and in reality its all a lot easier with plenty of space to do so, and consequently takes less time to boot.

As an until-recently-tentist I mostly use the on site washing up facilities, old habits die hard. You have more room and get to chat to other folk whilst there. And there are four of us meal times with the Cadac can generate a lot of stuff to wash up. Saying that the kids breakfast bowls and mugs get done in the van, after all there is a sink in there for that sort of stuff. We use the on site showers if possible as well although we do use the shower in the caravan as well as required so it isn’t just reserved for storage. As for pushing and pulling, I’m deffo a puller when it comes to the aqua roll, and yes we do use the on board pumped water for drinking except for when we very first get to a pitch when I use bottled for a brew if required. I do like to run a aquaroll through the system to flush out and standing water and I give the system a rinse through with sterilising fluid every six months or so to get rid of any slime build up.

wrote a long post and then only the first 3 lines appeared. Can't be bothered to write it again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Is it just me?
