The latest xtrail brochure on the nissan site lists a 130kw (177 ps) version now, I believe it is 2 lt.

I go along with what you say in terms of modern engineering when it comes to getting the best out of any engine which is generated with a computer programme, but there is a difference with this 1600cc dci(130ps) all dancing Renault/Nissan engine compared to my last 2008 Quashqai that had 2000cc dci(150ps), losts more torque at lower revs which you do not get from the 1600cc,![]()
