Quite easy.

Remortgage the house, put the money in a hedge fund, sell out after 4 weeks or so and pocket the profit. Just ask Tessa Jowell, she, or her husband knows all about how to do it. If it all goes 'pear shaped' then the UK State will bail you out. Just ask Tony or Mandy, they have experience.
