Hi, we have just ordered a new caravan (we have had a trailer tent for 2 years and a very old caravan before that). I have joined the Caravan & Camping Club and was trying to find out availability for their sites. It asked me for the caravan length - can you tell me if I put the internal length or the full length including hitch. I know its probably a really stupid question but it is causing a disagreement between me and the other half as he thinks it would just be the internal length. Please could someone put me straight!!
 
It would be the external length including the hitch they're after, so they know what size pitch to place you on. They couldn't give two hoots about the internal length. 1-0 to you I think.
 
Yes, external measure.

However, 1-0 to your wife on the basis that:

Rule 1 my wife is always correct

Rule 2 if she is wrong, rule one applies!
