Hi all
I have recently purchased a compass magnum 2007
The top brake light works with no issues but I cannot get the bottom two working I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what the issue could be? Bulbs have been checked but can’t find a fuse etc

Probably a corroded terminal(s) somewhere in the circuit.

......fuses for road lights are usually somewhere on the front bulkhead inside the caravan.
Check number of terminals on the bulbs match the light fitment.
It has been known single terminal bulbs to be fitted in a double terminal holder and visa versa.

Ive had a look and bulbs are correct had a look on the fuses for a rear brake fuse and there isn’t one so I will have a look into the wiring to bottom brake lights next, it’s just confusing me as all the other lights indicator etc are working just not the bottom brake lights

Are these fuse "boards" on the back of the front bulkhead, "normally accessed from the side bunks. I have never had problems with my road lights so have never had reason to find any fuses, maybe our van doesn't have any. I must check the wiring diagram.

Front bulkhead (rear of gas locker firewall) some on the right, some on the left of the front cupboard, some are just a simple fuse block , later ones came in a housing with a flip down cover.

Jcoz, your other lights are working because you have power to them. Most probably the stop lights haven't a power supply to them and that could well be caused by faults as stated from the posts of forum users ...Good luck... Gary

Just gone through the road lights wiring diagram, and there are NO fuses on my 2013 Coachman, next time at the van I will double check visually. Two lots of terminal blocks though.
