Reich Caravan Weight Control

Evening everyone,

Several years ago I bought one of the above digital scales.

Last year it seemed to start giving strange readings and so I telephined Reich UK to ask their advice and said I would send it to them for calibrating.

I sent it to them by recorded delivery and requested that if the cost of repair was prohibitive, would they contact me.

I heard nothing for several weeks and so I e-mailed the company. A reply came back saying the device had been sent back to Germany,

Since then I have heard nothing depite sending several e-mails.

Four months seems a long time to wait for a repair and I was just wondering if anyone else had had dealings with this company and what to do next.

Any help would be appreciated.
