Morning Gaza

I was thinking about your issues with the new Bailey Pegasus. 29 issues are unacceptable. I know you have had problems with the rear floor, not sure what the problem was ,and cabinet delamination. Plus problems with the ancillary equipment .

This is probably of no use to you nor should it delay your proposed course of action but I am curious about the Dealers approach.

Here in the South Cotswolds my local Bailey Dealer has a salaried employee called the “Warranty Claims Manager “. He has a direct contact with Bailey and to the best of my knowledge between him , his workshop manager and Bailey , most of their customers have been dealt with very well.
You may say it is a very sad day such a position at a Dealer is necessary but it does prove how crap some caravans are!

Let’s hope with the help of WLS you achieve a quick resolution.
