Removable Caravan Carpets

Hope this is the right forum, apologies if not.

Can anyone recommend were to purchase removable cvan carpets.

We have the standard one but would like to replace them.

Thanks in advance.

What we did, was to make templates of the carpets we wanted to put into our van and traced them onto the back of some leftover carpet we had, from re-carpeting a room in our house.

Make sure that the carpet is hessian backed and then get the carpet(s) bound by a local flooring retailer (not a major chain).

Ours cost me 50 pence per foot to have bound, and the carpet we used would have been skipped otherwise.

Total cost, for much thicker and warmer carpets than those supplied with the van, and which match the van interior.....

Hi Emma,

We did the same as John did, except that we purchased a carpet remnant, which was hessian backed and a suitable/colour, that we liked, which we then took to a firm who did edge binding. From memory we paid around

We are seriously considering replacing the loose carpets in our 2008 Swift Coastline (SE Charisma) as the pile on the original has compacted and they look more like mats than carpet spoiling the look of the van. We have enquired from a local carpet edge binding firm and they are talking up to
