Removing stains from awning roof (interior)

Getting the awning ready this week for the main holiday and found stains on the inside of the roof panel. Maybe it was a little damp when I put it away last but irrespective of the cause I need to know if anyone has attempted to clean similar in the past, and with what success - i.e. what did you use etc.

Awning is an Isabella and they recommend that you do not use chemicals etc - which kind of rules out most 'strong' cleaners. I think I might also have to reproof it once I have cleaned it, but don't want to go to all that trouble if nothing is really effective at removing the stains in the first place.

a long shot and maybe last resort, i got mildew on my blue diamond windbreak that nothing would shift untill i lost the rag and attacked it with the pressure washer which cleared it

try here, tencate is a cotton fabric(coated with polyester)it will need reproofing if detergents are used abrasively to clean it
