Replacement basin unit for washroom

Hi, our previous caravan, a Sterling Europa had a washbasin unit in a one piece plastic moulding, it had a curved front, narrow at the left end.
I would like to fit a similar unit in y existing van but with the narrow end at the right.

Are these available as 'afterfit units' and if so any suggestions where to obtain one.

Thanks Paws, the unit I am seeking is floor standing with a couple of doors beneath for storage and a full width moulded sink top. I remember it being a good functional, tidy design.
My search will continue.
