Replacement Omnivent motor for ceiling fan

We have a Coachman Pastiche 535/4 2008 model. Love the van, it has been in our possesion for 18months now and the problems are starting to appear.Nothing really major except for the ceiling fan not working. Fuses checked, wiring checked. Checked power to motor via independent means, no joy. So it looks like we need to get a new motor but from where? Any suggestions would be apprieciated.

Omnivent only sell them as a unit of motor and fan at something about £95. I just needed the fan itself and I got a used one from O'leary Motorhomes for abou £10. Give them a try.

Hi Wilbar
I recently replaced my Omnivent motor. Motor made a horrible gratting noise before eventually grinding to a complete and seized halt. Downloaded the Omni vent parts list from these guys and ordered to correct part.

You do need to access the exterior of the van, as there are a couple of srews to undo. Its an easy job.
Fan come complete with Motor and Fan/blade.

Crazy prices....

When my motor burnt out (despite being told by many people they never do that), i bought a complete 2nd hand unit for £30

They want £67 for the 3 speed fan control.....i threw that lot in the bin a few weeks ago, should have put it on ebay!
