Replacement "Small" Caravan

I'm thinking about replacing my Elddis Whirlwind van. The problem I have is that I can not buy a longer van than the 5240 of the Whirlwind.

I have identified only three vans which fit this spec, Avondale Dart 380/2, Elddis Avante 362, and Luna Arriva.

Can anyone suggest any that I may have missed?

We have a Bailey Pageant Majestic Series 6 which is the same layout as the 'vans you are looking at. It is just perfect!

I suspect it may be nearer 6m overall but might be worth a look.

As Fab says......the Majestic is a fab little 'van. Go for the blue upholstery option as Fab has done in his (now you know who I am, Fab!!!)

And they are going to be rare too.........according to the press release I had from Bailey today, the Majestic will not be in the Series 7 Pageant line up.

Help i'm being stalked!

Sadly it looks as if there will be no Series 7 Majestic, should still be some Series 6's about though.

Hi Mel,

It's not exactly the same layout, but the Lunar Stellar is similar to the end-kitchen models you describe, but with an L-shaped kitchen. Great layout, but it is pretty wide so take your tape measure. There's also the Coachman Amara 380/2, which is a fabulous little van, but it's heavy for its size.

All worth a look though...

We have the Compass Corona 362 which is the same layout as the Elddis Avante and we love our little van. The layout and size is ideal for us.

Have a look at the April addition of Practical caravan and they did the comparison tests on the Dart 380/2, Pageant Majestic and the Corona 362. With the 362 coming out tops.
