Replacing Motormover Rollers - Advice Please.

Have been trying to replace one of the steel rollers on my Purpleline Quattro eGo Mover without any success.

I have removed the 3 allen key bolts which hold on the wheel outer cover which also incorporates end cap.
Then i removed the sirclip which was seated around the end of the rollers shaft.

From what i have been told this is all that holds it onto the centre shaft and it should simply pull off the shaft however it seems to be stuck on.

Have been advised by a Purpleline fitter to squirt some WD40 or similar down the centre of the shaft and leave to soak in for 24hrs plus then try and gently wedge a screwdriver around until it comes off the shaft.

If anyone has done this job could they advise if this is the correct method or is there something else that i should be doing.

Any advice/tips greatly appreciated.

Gilbo.

From what You have been advised , give that a try , however You are left with the choice of getting a mobile fitter to fix it , which He possibly can do or worst case example , it's a new mover .
