replies not showing up

I've replied to Nigel re the video, to JulieT re Chertsey and to Lord B re spare keys, but only the reply to LB came up. I've tried JulieT three times. Is there a problem?
 
I've just done the replies again, and both worked this time. Why do some posts have word encryptions and some not? It's confusing when you're getting old!
 
Hi Emmerson, I had the same earlier today, replied to a post and it didnt show just done it again and all ok, but got to admit dont have the encryption problems.
