"Reply to Topic" not working

If I press "Reply to Topic", the pop up window keeps getting blocked, despite my pop up blocker being switched off. Found a way around it, using Ctrl/Alt and the left-hand mouse button together. Fair enough.....

However, I notice that some other members of the Forum are having to post new topics, when trying to respond to existing topics. Is there a problem, or is it just some of us are computer illiterates???

Any tips to resolve?
 
Well Jeff, I would like to have been a help in my reply but unfortunately I don't know what you mean. What it does imply though, is that I must be computer illiterate but at least I can take solace by the amount of replies you have, others are just as computer illiterate as I am ;O) hehheh!
