Rip offs.

We bought a 2 yr old Bailey Pageant approx 15 months ago. Recently I costed a replacement swivel spotlight, through Duncans of Wishaw to be advised the cost is £18.50 from Bailey. The price from the manufacturer(Ring)is £12.99. Knowepark Caravans in Livingston sell the same part for £7.45, but The Caravan shop in Glasgow does it for £4.50. Because of a basic design fault, the 1 metre long plastic trim above the back cooker burners has in a past life been subjected to enough heat to cause the trim to soften and warp. I am advised that I can only buy a replacement in a 2.4 metre length at a cost of some £16.50. Bailey - rip off supremos or what?

Ian, how about this one then. My good lady dented the front skirt under the door, so last year when it was in for service I asked for a quote to replace the dented skirt.

Swift dont sell 1 skirt you have to buy all four in a pack at a cost of over

couldnt agree more,,,,Duncans are a pure rip off......problem is in the past they were a family business with a good reputation....dont go near them with a bargpole...service costs,caravans..and there after sales service is terriblw
