Riversde caravan park, Higher Bentham

We have been to Riverside 4 times,the toilets/showers are new and the best we have ever used,the village is a easy stroll away and has some excellent pubs.The site has a small kids games room and also they have a internet room.We have never been on a bank holiday so we have never seen the site full,but when we stayed there was no problems and we would visit again.Hope this helps.

Riverside is a David Bellamy Gold site situated beside the river Wenning at High Bentham on the Yorkshire side of the Yorkshire / Lancashire boarder. The approach to the site can be tricky in parts with narrow bridges and sharp corners depending on the approach especially at High Bentham where turning off the high street is a bit narrow due to buildings. Driving with care shouldn't cause any problems.

The site itself has a large number of statics and seasonal tourers sited. At the time of our visit,May 2006, few where accommodated, thankfully, as there is only one toilet block which is quite large and the best I have seen and in immaculate condition. The naughty bit was, a
