Riverside Holidays

We are planning a trip to Riverside Holidays in Hanmle, Southampton. Looks nice on the website - does anyone have any comments good or bad about this site.

Paul, I spent a long weekend there a couple of years ago. It is a small site which was well run. It is a mixture of tourers / statics and lodges. It is next to a yacht marina which has got a good bar and restaurant which is very busy at weekends with the sailing fraternity. The site is within walking distance of the village (HAMBLE), either by pavement or via the side of the river( do not attempt the riverside walk in darkness!) The toilets were oldish portacabins but functioned well and kept very clean. Southampton and Portsmouth are not far if shopping is your thing..
