RV

Will somebody stop us!

We may have the chance of a big old American RV, apparently it's cheap and little used. We both like the idea and have always wanted one, but at the same time know the limits of such an outfit. That's where you come in, save us from ourselves, please.

BTW, did you know the PC motorcaravan website still operates on the old system? It's like going back in time!

Lol, if its big and old, then I hope you have a very large bank balance to (a) fund the hugely thirsty engine.

(b) fund the hugely expensive repairs when it breaks down, not if but definately when!!

Ask yourself why is it little used? fuel consumption equivalent to a thirsty elephant?, trouble parking the thing once you have it home, the total impossibility of town or city parking?

Dont forget, the Americans dont have twisted, convoluted road systems anything like ours!!

Unless you live near a Wal-Mart ( Big Parking) , and can drive down to the Keys on a weekend (Florida Keys that is) then I would leave it alone. Then again if you want to be the centre of attention when it's stuck in a narrow street go ahead and buy it !!!

Good Luck on whatever you decide

Val & Frank
