Safari Caravan

I have finally decided it is time to sell my lovely 1974 Safari Caravan. It is now a 3 berth and has original fittings including collectible Safari engraved glasses. I haven’t towed her as I use her on a small site where she is stored under cover. I would say she’s in reasonable condition for her age but needs some diy to get her into tip top order. I know Safari caravans are sought after. My question is what is she worth? I’d appreciate some opinions.

That’s a nice, but quite a rare caravan. Difficult to value something of that age. Is there an Owners Club, or perhaps try one if the Classic/Vintage caravan Clubs. Welcome to the forum.

That is a very rare caravan and will appeal to vintage enthusiasts. If it has not been towed on the road though it will need the running gear checking.
These caravans will have a value out of line with others and I agree with Clive that the best bet is to contact the Vintage or Classic Caravan Clubs whose members will have the specialist knowledge and probably include some potential buyers.

Thanks for your replies. I tried to upload a photo but it said they were too big and I haven’t found a bright five year old who can tell me how to change its format!
