We visited the site at easter.

There are no statics (excespt for the wardens.

Wgat there is is a lot of seasonal pitches so maybe that is where you got the bit about statics from.

The site is great, fantastic views and an easy walk of about 1 mile into whitby.

Thanks for your info Mark - we were looking on http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk and the last review was for 2006 - sometimes makes you wonder that's all - chris
