Santafe or Suzuki XL7

Lads.

I need to know the pros and cons on each of these tow vehicles to tow a 2003 ACE NIGHTSTAR -Fully laden or should I say max weight 1485kg. I use the 5 dr Suzuki at present 2.0TD and I am looking at the XL7 (5seat) TD or the Santafe 2.0d. I think the XL7 has a greater torque and a marginally lower 0 to 60 by 0.03 seconds in favour of the Santafe. Your views are what will sway the decision. Thanks in advance

We bought a Santa Fe 2.0td in June. Having recently run the car in I am now towing a 1340kg with ease - superb in fact. Compared to my previous 2.9td Musso this thing is a rocket - most noticeably on hills where I dont loose too much power.

I would say go for the Santa Fe - 5 year warranty also!

John I have a suziGV.same as gl7 except it is a longer wheelbase, it pulls ok but does not tow well as the suzi towbar is about 75mm too high resulting in a very nose up position resulting in my case of snaking at about 55-60mph-I should add that the low ratio gearbox is a great facility on steep sites,regards

Or go for a Terracan it's only
