Sargent EC620 Power Control System

Anyone really up on the Sargent EC620? We have a 2018 Swift 122 with this type of control panel and find the advice from the dealer insufficient and conflicting.

We've got a step that doesn't extend fully and the instructions are supposed to be on the panel, but can we find them? NO!!

Also, the Dometic fridge warning light never seems to go off.
 
Hi Sharon, welcome.
To be honest, dealers often sell so many different brands and models, that their staff don't always have the detailed knowledge they need of specific ones.
You'll do better on fora like this, or some of the FB motorhoming groups, where you might find someone with the same van.

Hi,I have had sent Control units back to Sargent for fixing and they are helpful.Maybe drop them a line and see what they can suggest.
