Sargent Stinger 350 Alarm.

Hi all,

Bit of a newbie here, and relatively new the caravaning, only three years in.

Brought a new swift 635 last year with a Sargent stinger 350 alarm fitted. Noticed the back-light display is permanently illuminated and that neither of the menu or select buttons work. Has nothing but black squares across the top of the display and the second row is empty.
Has anyone experienced anything like this with a 350 at all? Not a lot on line about them, and advice or insights would be gratefully received. Many thanks for your time and reading my post, Stuart

Thank you, I shall give them a call tomorrow. Really not sure what's happened to it

I had my unit replaced under warranty in January. Phoned them up explained the problem and a new unit delivered by courier next day. I changed it then phoned them in the afternoon all OK, and then they arranged a courier to collect the old unit next day. If only all companies could be that efficient. You will need to remove the case and switch the new unit on when arriving, and also switch the old unit off before courier collects it.
