Sat Nav advice please

Jeeves the Sat Nav is getting past her sell-by date... which Sat Nav do you use and what's good about it?

My favourite at the moment is the Garmin Camper 760 LMT-D. Aldi had the (6 inch screen rather than 7 inch screen) 660 on offer a couple of months ago and some stores may still have a few left.
