satelite system

Hi all

I am not very up on satelite systems but there is one in Aldi this Sunday and i am wondering if it would be ok to use in the van. At present i use a Thompson box with freeview and can record with it, this is connected to a 15" flat screen tv , then connected to an outside ariel. All works well, but her indoors would like to upgrade it as in the Lake district recently there was no signal on my equipment. HELP.

HI! graham, bought one very similar 4 years ago brilliant little thing works VERY Well for me with no problems ,i use my SKY box from my house with it .only thing i use mine with a small tripod ,takes me a few minutes to set it up .get great pictures with it and the same channels as if it was in the house .Aldi one is slightly diferent but will work just as good ,great price as well.
