Scrap Caravan Stored In France Or Free To Good Home

I have an English caravan which is stored under cover in southern France which is not used. It is in good condition. We wish to dispose of the Caravan either by scrapping it or by giving it away to a good home (in France).

Could anyone let me know of information on how to scrap a caravan in France or post interest in taking it off our hands.
