Scratches on acrylic front windows

Yes, I am the perpetrator of puting fine lines in the windows.

any suggestions in how to get them out without 'blurring'

And NO I am not joking, it will remove the scratches and keep the windows clear

Do you have to use normal white toothpaste as opposed to blue minty gel for example?
