Screw covers

Can any one advise where I can purchase the srew cover stripping for the rails(awning, window etc) for a Luna planet 1996, as mine have gone hard, I have measured it at 15mm and arched shape not flat.

I have started removing all rails to reseal with sikaflex 512 where is the best place to purchase this product
