Screwing rear light cluster

Removed the rear light cluster of my ACE caravan the other day. It is held in by 4 screws and those screws thread into what looks like rubber grommets which sit in holes in the bodywork. Not suprising one of the grommets fell out never to be seen again. Does anyone know if you can buy them anywhere or an alternative fix ?
 
Dave, the grommets are there to stop water ingress through the screw holes. Halfords, or Maplin electrics sell them but I used a small amount of clear mastic ( Sold at B & Q etc ) around the cluster and behind each screw before fitting to ensure a total seal.
