Sealing floor underside

Hi , I have an Elddis avante 524 2009 , I am proposing to under seal the outside face of the floor underneath the van, does anyone think this not advisable for any reason before I do it?

I’d ask why do you want to do this? In my years if caravanning I’ve never had cause to seal the underneath and can’t recall any problems being raised on the forum. Has yours deteriorated such that a repair is required?

At 12 years old what more can you seal from?

Leave the underside of the floor alone !!

It does not need sealing and must be allowed to breathe.

Thanks all for your helpful comments, glad I asked.
A small square of the ply laminate about a foot square has come loose, so I'll just pva glue it back in position, I won't under seal it or any of the floor then.
