Seals around windows - How do you stop them sticking?

How do I stop the rubber seals sticking to the windows?

Hi Paul, If the seals are Grey they need replacing, if black ther are several methods, French Chalk, Silicone Spray, olive oil,etc.

.I'm guessing you're talking about grey seals too. Been there, done that, only true solution is replacement. However Metz has outlined several methods that apply equally to the grey seals as they do the black, as a temporary measure only. A light smearing of Vaseline might help too, but be careful that it does not pick up any contamination that may scratch the windows

I use a light wipe with Arourall, or halfords rubber and plastic lubricant.

A light dusting with talcum powder might help.
