Searching for a Ratchet ed Jockey wheel .....

Can anyone help, I'm trying to track down a jockey wheel which we saw in Australia.This was a Repco make and it had a hand operated ratchet for moving the caravan about. Looked like a brilliant idea but I have searched online and can't find a similar thing in the UK. I did wonder about sending one back from there but the size and weight make it impractical pricewise.

Anyone here help???
